Skullfang PCB question

Hi, does anyone else who has a Skullfang PCB notice the same glitch mine seems to have?

Just in the second level in the section with lots of rolling and parralax, depending on sprite activity I get some sparkly dots in a vertical line around the left side of the screen. It's about 8 pixels at any one time randomly dispersed in a column. Stops as soon as you get back to the normal non-rolling backgrounds.
