Question about 1940 in 1 Multi Game Family Jamma Board

I just bought 1940 in 1 Multi Game Family Jamma Board. It works fine but the graphics are not so good on display mode NTSC (15KHZ). I tried display mode VGA (31KHZ), the graphics are great but it only lasted for while then no graphic on the screen and then I adjusted to NTSC, it got graphic again, also sega (24KHZ)does not work on my TV as well. I would like to ask how can I use VGA mode on my TV? Thanks.
