I've heard about this. Worth a try? I find Fusion to be pretty great.

Gens32 is a massive step down from Fusion. You're fine where you are now.

Or if you have a Nintendo Wii, get homebrew going with it and run Genesis Plus GX. It's probably the only emulator in existance that might actually be *better* than Kega Fusion.

Yeah not a great emu bro. A step up from Genecyst for sure, but has an equip bug in Shining Force II. And that's just an error that I know of.
PSX Vita: Slightly more popular than Color TV-Game system. Almost as successful as the Wii U.

Well, I got Kega and I have the Wii one. I'll just stick with those then.
