Finally, some progress. It seemed like I was on fire. After I lost all but one extra life at the checkpoint before the cake boss, as usual, I managed to recover during the speed stage, and made it miraculously unharmed through it, stage 5 and most of stage 6. Then I died just before the boss and arrived there without a speedup. Naturally, the first wave of ghost bunnies coming from the boss wiped me out.

I'm not sure I can improve on that, so this may very well be my last score for this week.

I did better this time. Panda milk helps, thanks Tino. Keep getting hit as the catship goes underwater and showers bullets. Worst place to restart. It just taunts you with all those Power Capsules. lol

I've plateaued hard around 450k the last couple days. Stage 3 isn't even that hard but I can almost never make it past the second checkpoint.

I like STGT because I get to play shmups I've had no interest in ever playing before. My ship/player looked like it had a condom on it, and I finally got killed by a falling exclamation point? Hard to really tell whats was going on. Anyway, it was fun while it lasted.
