It would be fun to see the Landkreuzer P. 1500 Monster make and appearance. Maybe during one of the stages you could fly over the V-3 cannon. It would also be interesting to see the Sunray cannon in a partially finished form as either a stage boss or a mid boss. It would be a great excuse to have some laser action in there. Also there must be a train stage. The boss could be a variation of the Krupp K5 railway cannon.

Here are some things I dont want to see (that seem to make their way into every Western-shooter):
- long levels
- too many levels
- ground enemies that can only be destroyed with a certain attack, usually a bomb
- environmental hazards
- limited ammo on certain powerups, a la the 194x games
- life bar
- too many buttons
As long as it plays like an arcade shooter and not a console one, it should be just fine.

Bosses based on historical nazi leaders. Experimental nazi superweapons. An interesting scoring mechanic. A decent array of planes with different shot types, speeds, etc. Hitler! Scenes of battles taking place in the background? A boss battle with allied units helping you bring the boss down?

Flying over a battlefield, with troops fighting it out below. Shooting tanks that are harassing your ground forces, stopping bombers from dropping stuff on them etc.STGnoob wrote:Bosses based on historical nazi leaders. Experimental nazi superweapons. Maybe some kind of end of level bonus for the number of people you saved? And hells yes to the train gun idea, boss of a level and all.

Psikyo games pull off lots of levels (14+) very well due to their difficulty curve and the shortness of each level.NTSC-J wrote: - too many levels
