first of all, the game looks horrible in widescreen. before in 2005, it was real bulky and now they look like slim soldiers..so just like in shmups, there is a gimmick. In 2005, the game new feature was the hit stick based on defense.. now this year is based on precise passing on the offense of the quarterback..the xbox controller sucks for this game..there no L or R receivers instead it uses the black and white button. I much perfer the ps2 controller, i tried ussing hte ps2 controller on my magic box but it was acting up..o darn..i might buy the ps2 version just for that reason..Overall, its more of the same thing(thats a good thing,remember kids) i wouldnt call it madden 2006...but more like madden 2005 1.5..Was it worth the hype? hell yes..its a holiday when madden games are released..and to the people who are actually reading this, i appreciate it because i am open to all games and still consider the madden the gem of EA.thank for your time..

makes me want to play Gabriel Knight with all this EA talk.

I still haven't played those games yet :oops:

OT- The only sports game I've ever atleast played longer than 2 minutes was sensible soccer.
