Absolutely loving it. Can't wait to get my hands on X.

Kind of wish they would have kept burst from arcade in G mode.

Lagless Asus VK266H.

I bought it mostly for my laptop, but I decided to move my 360 over from my 40" LCD.

I can bring my Fanatec ffb wheel out of the garage with this set up as well, but that means my PS3 is going be switching between blu ray duties on the 40" and GT5 duty here. :|

Don't know what it is, but looks awesome! Is the figurine related to the game?

I've run across a number of figures from that artist on YAJ and other JP hobby stores. I think the faces look kinda silly/weird (not that people buy them for their faces, lol).

Oh! yes they have a face, didn't notice.

Nah, I'm usually not into that kind of stuff, but that one looks really nice.

just got myself a copy of Batsugun too. I never played it in MAME because the sound wasn't emulated, and the graphics slightly glitchy. I heard they finally fixed the sound, but I never bothered with it.. Now I have it TATE'd in my cab on the Saturn and it is awesome.

It doesn't look that great aesthetically, but it looks like it would function well from a gameplay perspective. And actually without too much effort I think that it could be turned into a nice little cab. A little bit of woodworking, a bezel, and add a real CP and permanent mounted controls

Thanks for the replay. This cab is built four years ago and is finished for me.
Maybe the next one will be work out better and with fixed controlers.
The only thing about this cab is crap, that the loudspeakers are on the ground. The next cab has them in front.

Nice Sky Blazer (can't recall the JP name) game, Skykid! One that certainly flew under the radar when I was younger!

Super Play reviewed it when I was a kid and gave it an average score, but it always looked really neat to me. Japanese name is Kurarao (or something). I went on a Sony/Epic SFC spree this time (got Hook as well which I believe is the same team.)

Behold!

Image

Slumber killed by rays of the new red sun arising
Dreamer wakens to spectral gaze of light rays shining
Black steed carries him across the astral sand
Rides alone is the man from the magic caravan
I believe the signs of the reptile master
Sunbound spacepod rising faster
Earth drenched in black under starless sky above
Man on the mountain sets free the holy dove

Look onto the rays of the new stoner sun rising
Sonic Titan rides out on clouds of new horizon

***SPECIAL THANKS TO FORUM MEMBER "DR.BOOM" - ALL CREDIT GOES TO HIM****
Spoiler:

Dr.Boom, forum member and huge Sleep fan, posted several pages back a picture of his custom made (and AWESOME!) collection of bootleg videos and audio of the painfully underrated band "Sleep". I was so impressed that I had to PM him just to compliment his work AND to acknowledge a fellow Sleep fan. He sent me this collection expecting nothing in return...a true fan! There are not many of us, but Dr.Boom makes up for our numbers with unbridled enthusiasm and commitment. This collection of 10+ CDs and SEVERAL DVDs of live shows from '91-'92 is awesome! Great man! Thanks boom!
