STRIKERS 1945 - I think i've completed it?

Just been playing this, and defeated the crab boss, i think on stage 8. then it goes to "your results screen" and then another stage begins. I died as soon as i started on this "new" stage, so i think it was the beginning of the 2nd loop, however the background looked very different, like a thunderstorm was going on or something. as soon as i died on this stage it was "game over" and i couldn't continue. Can anyone tell me if if i have completed 1st loop? i can never tell when playing psiyko games. it was the same with sengoku blaede, i think i finished that as well, but i was never sure??

no matter how much i play i have never 1cc'd a psikyo shmup, and don't think i ever will (damn gunbird dragon *grumble*)

I finished it on hardest difficulty.
Not by far 1CC'ed though!

Same for GB1 & Strikers 1945 part 2 on Saturn.
Hardest difficulty, trillion credits. But I did it nevertheless

And indeed 2nd loops, survive for about three seconds
