From April 9th through the 17th Bug Panic is on sale for a buck, and all proceeds go to Japan Earthquake relief. Galuda 2 and DDPR are down to five bucks apiece too.

Argh! I got my chain to 970 on Endless Stage 5 and then got hit :|

At 34/38 achievements, haven't touched story mode for awhile.

I have to admit I've really enjoyed Endless Mode. It's not like there are a lot of decent players score attacking the game to compete with, but my crowning achievement was taking #10 on the Endless 3 hiscore list briefly...

Online has really died down, but for awhile if you popped on at around evening Japan time, you could find some ridiculously good opponents. Not really a fan of online mode though, there's no real concept of balance between different skill levels -- I find I'm either wiping the floor with my opponents or else I am getting my ass handed to me, rarely anything in between.

The controls take some time to get used to, but I will say that it works fairly well for a dual-stick shooter. Once I learned to roll my thumb instead of sliding for small movements, things got a lot easier.
