Aero City repro marquee holders

I found a post here on shmups with a picture of an Aero City cab with what was described by the poster as:
"Repro Aero City marquee holders by francoB"

Anybody know where I can find this "francob"?

I want two of these holders...BAD!

Any help would be awesome, thanks!

Already a member, just never hang out there - SHMUPS.com forum is more my type of joint...
The crew here is MUCHO more welcoming and helpful IMHO...
