Scart to Jap 21 for XRGB-3

I ordered a xrgb-3 and want to make sure I do not blow it up. I built a custom cable wired with only these pins. Do it look like this will be okay?

I also built a scart to vga cable for my arcadevga card. I had to jumper pins 13,14 together for sync. Can this be used on a xrgb-3 or do I need to remove the jumper and have only pin 13 sync connected?

but 17-----------7 --> Video GND is Pin 17 on the japanese pinout as well, so make a 17 -> 17 connection. Within the scart cable (japanese end) you can then connect 7, 13 and 18 (RGB GNDs) to Pin 17.

The back DSub15 input on the XRGB takes both composite and seperated sync, you just have to make sure it's set right in the menu.

as long as you connect the video grounds to each other as suggested, it doesn't matter anyway
