Obviously the Starfox 64 logo. So cool, even the main characters can't keep their eyes off it!

Developer: Raizing. Because the logo has a voice and that's cool. (even though logo is ripped off, especially the blue/yellow version)

Game: mmmh hard to answer, Gradius is surely something that you see once and it sticks, same goes for Salamander.
