New Astro city questions

One of my cabs needs a 10 minute warm up to get a perfect picture. During boot up the top 1" rolls over itself with 1 centimeter border on the top. As the cab warms up it extends and fills the screen and image pops back into place like it should. I'm sure this is a capacitor that needs replacing. Anyone local to Bedford that could fix it?

I might have a meet up this summer so anyone handy with fixing such things would be more than welcome

I did have a Q about changing the coin slot to 20p size but I think I'll ask wonderbanana since he has already done it.
