Questions about Strikers 1945 Boards

I'm trying to downsize my PCB collection and I was wondering if anyone knows what the difference is between these (2) Strikers boards are?

Different production run. Neither is really better, but the top one has 'proper' labels and two extra chips are socketed which might be a better long term choice.
