Yesasia's ship date is "postponed". I placed an order today anyway. I wouldn't be 100% sure of the region, since my Ibara and Ketsui INH DVDs are all-region. Even if it is R2, it's nothing DVD Decrypter cannot handle, I can easily rip and burn a +R DL once and use that any time I want to watch the video later.
That preview video looks so great, I am amazed to see how little dodging the player does, like he is always where the bullet gaps are going to be, well in advance. I shouldn't be surprised though, I guess this is what makes these guys pro.

Hey, maybe this guy pulled out a new world record that is now featured on the DVD:BIL wrote:Thanks for the heads-up! I wonder what the scores are like... WR is 7.5m last I knew.

Yeah, same for Play-Asia. Would be strange since it hasn't happened since The Starting Over Hyper Street Fighter II which was R2. It's a weird and unnecessary move but it certainly doesn't detract from a purchase, much like the DOJ BL Nakano DVD.Dave_K. wrote:Yesasia says this a dvd region code 2?

It's region free. 124 minutes long, 4:3 screen format and comes with a data CD. The high score is 7575990 by "SST". I got mine today and have watched most of whats on the DVD. Haven't dived into the data CD yet.

G.Rev certainly like to reply on Facebook!
Pretty cool to see a developer have some contact with their fans.
I have a dumb question regarding the DVD: why does the player, seemingly, suicide twice on the first stage?

There is some kind of life remaining multiplier (for the fewer lives you have), explained in the ST here. Personally, like all other games I play, I need all the extra lives I can get :pmesh control wrote:I have a dumb question regarding the DVD: why does the player, seemingly, suicide twice on the first stage?
