XRGB-2 JAMMA PCB Battle Garegga vertical screen cutoff

Does anyone have a Battle Garegga PCB working properly with a XRGB-2 or maybe knows if there's a solution to my problem?
Basically the screen is cut off a bit vertically, you can see here:


I tried wiring with an Extron SC210 sync processor, the LCD dip switch changed the cutoff to either the top or bottom of the screen as you see.
Without the SC210, it always cuts off at the bottom. It looks like it's cut off by about 8 pixels or so.

I'm using a homebrew supergun, which works fine with most PCBs but Garegga is giving me problems.


Any ideas? If I kill the v-sync signal, I can see the whole picture, but it rolls vertically obviously.
