Raiden 4 Games on demand question

I have a jap 360 and I noticed Raiden 4 is now listed on the US Games on Demand. I know the original disc release is region locked. If i buy the Games on Demand version from the US market place is it going to work on my Jap 360?

I was curious about the same thing until I saw the 39.99 price tag. :/

Also, if I buy it with a US gamer tag will I be able to play it on my main JP account?

All Games On Demand retain the original region locking as the retail releases, so no, the US GoD release will not work on a J360. Also, if you buy it on a US console, you can play it with any region gamertag, as with any other game. Region locking only afects which region console you can play the game on, gamertag region is completely irrelevant.
