Raiden IV error code - need help with japanese

I keep getting this error and I have no idea what it means. If there is someone who can translate this or has seen this in the english version...help would be appreciated.

Funny that im getting this error with the disk ripped to the hdd and the disk is completely fine. *sigh*.

Well it just says that files cant be read and that maybe the cause is a scratched disc. Sounds like you've got some bad sectors on the HDD if the files cant be read. Format the drive and try again.
