That British Chav vs ex marine is a really good one where the marine floors the yob while hes still "pecking" / making an display (Just like the Zangief fight). A quick 1, 2 I bet the chav didnt even see it comming

I was just thinking that most means of punishment in the UK just doesnt work properlly as most of the yobs will just re offend.

I know that most of these yobs are druggies or heavy drinkers, So the carrot and stick aproach should be applied. If they break the law they should be forced to regulary take medication which blocks out the effects of drugs and alchohol and monitor them by regular drug testing. I bet many of these yobs would toe the line rather then go insane through boredom of been sober.

Typical scrawny kid picking on the fat kid. It's a battle of being insecure, obviously. I was the fat kid growing up, and had scrawny kids pick on my all the time. I suppose theres a difference between getting bullied buy one or 2 strong bullies and allowing others trying the same thing and becoming a target. For years at school I allowed ppl to bully me when all I needed to do was fight back (been 6ft 5 and placid made me a big target). And when finally I did most of the bullying stopped because they didnt want the hassle and went after another target to stroke their ego
