There's a huge thread about this over at GAF. The kid got owned but that was well deserved, I doubt he'll ever bully someone else again.

The little shit got what he deserved. Its obvious that fat kid has been repeatedly bullied by the way it was staged with the camera and the bully having the nerve to fight someone twice his size and not go all in. Unfortunatly for the squirt the bigger kid snapped and was lucky to not have his leg or neck broken

^ Rumor has it that the kid broke his ankle. You can see the way his foot hits the curb. The vid keeps getting yanked off of youtube this week, because it's tied to a court case. The twerps parents are pushing for the bigger kid to go to juvie, at least that's the rumor. Sweet fight, the bigger kid played it out perfectly by being defencive, then suddenly jumping on the kid. The big kid was well within his rights for defending himself, but it gets a little grey. He was definitely big enough to subdue him without harm, so he may get an excessive force charge, but not assault. Legal matters when it comes to self defence is really complicated. There will always be repercussions no matter what. Do not fight, it is not worth it, ever. Defending your life is a different matter of course, but you could still end up going to prison for it..
Anyway, the video rocks. The kid was power slammed. I've been picked up and slammed in a fight, but damn not like that.

Violence is the only answer when it comes to bullying. Complaining to the school's director or to the bully's parents won't solve the problem at all, next time the bully sees you he'll screw you over again. And refusing to fight only makes him bully you harder. When you fight back and show him that you won't put up with his shit anymore, he won't bother you again.

^^^Even Dale Carnegie quoted a person who beat up someone who was bullying him, and that earned him some respect and gave him a lot of self-confidence. Not because he beat up the bully, but because he stood up for himself, and that is something every man should be able to do. There is a saying in Mexico that goes more less like this: "The tyrant will live until the oppressed decide otherwise." If Chubby McRibbington Jr hadn't made his point clear, the abuse would have continued.
