I noticed the new flyer for the upcoming firefox 4 and it sure looks shmup oriented.

Maybe we'll be surfing the web shmup style, shooting links to open them and stuff?
When the bullets shoot bullets, you know you have a problem.

Kinda reminds me of Space Megaforce/Super Aleste for some reason.

Indeed it does look like Super Aleste, both the front cover & level!
A lot of green vegetation, blue sky and even a river...

Maybe the firefox devs are notorious shmupers then?! :mrgreen:
