I owned one of these and there fantastic, superb picture and great for tate but the connections at the back require you to make/buy a few adapters if your thinking plugging a lot of different consoles....I believe the XM29 has more connections including VGA. That's different from my old 2950Q, which had a different set of inputs from the back... but the 2950Q was 15KHz only. This seller states it does 640x480 though which suggests 31KHz support... I'd research this if I weren't getting ready for work =/

PGM = VGA only (31khz)
PVM = RGB only (15khz)
PVM = RGB only (15khz)
