CGA to VGA Converter - EBAY

Just looking at these on EBAY and they pretty much look all the same ? Are these different or is it only the price ?

Ive got my eye on this one ?

yes, they're pretty much all the same. Some older ones only have 1 VGA output.

The processing lag is 2 frames (35-40ms).
