No ... none of the pvms have built in speakers as far as I can remember, some have speakers which can sit on the side of the monitor; but they all generally link to generic speaker outs on the rear of the monitor anyway.
This is to help make them as closely stackable as possible - and I presume there maybe concerns that speakers could offset picture geometry very slightly, even if shielded.
I have a PVM... I can't remember the model (it has a 19 and an L in there somewhere), but it has built in speakers, or at least one speaker. I think it was the sucessor to the 2030)...
