It's price-dropped? It's still going for at least $60 on online shops.

Seeing the LE for under 4000 yen after having paid 10,000 shipped fucked me right off. My bowels were not ready.

Just preordered MMP/PS SE from NCSX. They ended up being the cheapest with reasonably fast shipping.

At last check, the prices in the Japanese market were so low that you could pay a courier to buy it for you and reship and still come out ahead. Unfortunately, it's uncommon for import shops to drop their prices as well, as they've likely already paid the original price to obtain their stock and would just be throwing away money if they did.

Where are these prices you speak of? Any links?

Quick check on Amazon.co.jp:
Limited edition ¥4,839
Regular edition ¥5,130 (¥3,683 used)

Yes, the limited edition is currently cheaper than the regular edition new. (The regular edition is also currently only available via third party sellers, not Amazon themselves.)

These prices are actually a little higher than I remember them being last time I checked. I think it's finally drying up supply-side, so the prices are edging back up a bit.

So this brings me to my next question. Why so low?

Did they ship it already, or are you waiting for it to leave their warehouse still?

Both Play-Asia and NCS are showing it as being in stock, so I don't think you have to worry about them running out. Assuming you got one of the cheaper shipping options, if it shipped out near release date and still hasn't arrived you might want to prod customer support about it and see if they'll ship out another one.

It shipped 25th November (Air Economy Box Registered). According to their helpdesk FAQs "under certain circumstances it can take up to 4-5 weeks". I suppose it could still arrive in time for Christmas

EDIT: I just sent them a message. I've waited long enough! :x

If it's registered, why not look up the tracking number?

Is there enough info to add Sturmwind to the list? I remember looking it up and it looks pretty sweet.

Just preordered DFKBL. Something's up with preorders for it on Play-Asia, so I ordered off YesAsia instead for $54 ($59 - $5 coupon for ordering Ketsui the other day).

Which is a pretty good price for a JP-region console game, considering that I paid that much for DeathSmiles NA (although that has more content).

Does anyone know if there's a way to track shipments from the ngdevteam store? They said they shipped my copy of Fast Striker a week ago, but I've heard nothing since and there doesn't seem to be a tracking number on my invoice. Not too worried, just curious....

NCSX has been better than play-asia for years now, at least for us South American importers.
DFKBL, MMP/PS and BS all queued there already. :)

Videogameimports have posted out all DFK BL preorders - they got their delivery a day early - not long now...
