Ketsui Arrange Sound Track in MAME

Hey guys i was thinking about to play Ketsui in MAME with the A.S.T. of Ketsui X.
It is somehow possible?

Sure. Start your favourite Media player, load the Arrange Soundtrack, and off you go

In all seriousness though, i imagine it being possible in Thundermame at best.
