This is a great deal on a great stick. I already own one but am tempted to pick up another(you know just in case).

Anybody who plays shmups on 360 should have this all seimitsu parts stick.

Man, I just bought one of these for $109 and it's fantastic. At that price, maybe I'll get a second to use when I have guests.

Get a third, and give it to me.

Awesome stick, just brought one myself.

Worth noting if you are in the UK you can buy these direct from Amazon US and they ship it (in 3 days!) for only £16. Works out about £90 inc shipping.

I bought one when it was around 100 $.
Love it, one ingenious piece of hardware.

It even made me mod my TE-Stick with a Seimitsu LS32-01 joystick... :-)

At this price: Go get this stick!

Great deal, I only wish they made a model that didn't have PS-14-Gs, those buttons are way too "clacky" and flat for my tastes. Still a great deal though.

I was kicking myself for not getting this when it was on sale last time, glad it's going again. Seimitsu is such a better fit for me personally. Now I just need to scrape together some cash...

We Canadians always get shafted on this. Unavailable on amazon.ca, and .com won't ship here, unless I'm utterly mistaken.

Sales like this almost make me regret importing it from Japan when we all thought it would be a one-time-only, preorder-only Hori online store release.

Almost.

360 != USB

If 360 conrollers were USB you could use them on your PS3. Just 'cause the plug looks like USB doesn't make it USB. The actual communications is what makes it USB. Microsoft uses their own proprietary flavour of USB hybrid communications for 360 controllers... FYI.

I think it's more accurate to say that a 360 controller is USB (the physical connector interface specification), but not USB-HID (a protocol for input devices over USB that game controllers can use).

Yeah, it's certainly not an HID (and therefore not a true "USB game controller"). The reason I'm not quite willing to call it USB at all is because I've heard the device descriptor/ID they use (i.e. HID) is bogus so only their system can utilize it (or PC programs/drivers that know how to deal with it). In other words, is a device still a USB device if it does not poses a valid USB descriptor?

That's an awsome price for an HRAP EX-SE setup. Definitely too good of a deal to pass up even if one already has one for serious shmup sessions on the ol' 360. Tis a shame that Hori didn't add an autofire upgrade option to it like with the PS3 HRAP 3 (and HRAP 3 SA/SE iterations) variant joystick release.
