Does anyone knows when the Bizarre Creations team started?

Wikipedia says they started as Raising Hell Software, but the only game made by a team with this name is The Killing Game Show/Fatal Rewind (Released for Amiga and Mega-Drive in 90). Then, again according to Wikipedia, they went by without a name up until in 94 they settled up to "Bizarre Creations".

Wikipedia credits Bizarre Creations for Wiz 'n' Liz, made in 93 (Again for Amiga and Mega-Drive). I checked out, and that was developed by a team called "Lunatic", which actually has a few names in common with The Killing Game show, so this makes sense. Lunatic also made Cytron and Necronom in 92 and 91 respectively, exclusive for amiga. Both games have 2 staff names in common with Wiz 'n' Liz, but none with The Killing Game Show.

According to WIkipedia, in 94 they became "Bizarre Creations" and in 96 released their first game under this name, Formula 1 for the PS1 (published by Psygnosis - which by the way, it's still the best F1 licensed game ever even 10 years after its release.)

So, my question is, does anyone knows for sure if this "Lunatic" team is the same as Bizarre Creations, which would also be the same as "Raising Hell Software" ?

Edit: Just found out the Mega-Drive version of Wiz'n'Liz doesn't show the name Lunatic, but just the name of the designers of the game (Which are the same from The Killing Game Show, but not Cytron nor Necronom). I am starting to believe that Lunatic just ported Wiz'n'Luz to Amiga, and the other 2 games have no relation with Bizarre Creations.

Edit2: Never mind, I just 99% confirmed that the Amiga version of Wiz 'n' Liz was ported by that Lunatic team, and they have nothing to do with Bizarre Creations excepting porting one of their games to Amiga. I am just waiting a final confirmation from someone who knows the founder of Bizarre Creations :)

Ok, I was thinking you meant $94 USD. Here in the US it's like $60 for a new game.

Games in the UK get heavily discounted within weeks. I bought 2 copies of N4speed HP for £45 delivered before Xmas.
