Metal Wolf Chaos- questions

Post by evil_ash_xero »

Will this work on a Japanese Xbox 360?

If so, is it worth getting?

no - unfortunately not (unless i missed an update)
If so, is it worth getting?
it's not - but i'd say it worth checking out at least on youtube for the hilarity of it all. the price has started coming down a bit lately - a lot of fun and pretty funny due to how stupidly OTT it is.

I bought the game and say it's definitely worth getting if you are a fan of the Otogi games (same director) or arcade/action mech games. The visuals are quite good and so is the gameplay. I really like the game quite a bit and the foolishness of the story makes it even more entertaining to me.

It shares alot in common with Otogi in regards to highly destructive environments and leveling up and developing of weapons (to ridiculous proportions) via replaying stages.

It really is a nice looking and playing little action title.... one of the better hidden gems floating out there. It can be challenging though like Otogi if you do not bother trying to upgrade your weapons. But I view that as a good thing. It's the most fun I've had with a mech game in regards to feeling highly destructive. Being able to boost through cars and buses without a second thought and stomp on foot soldiers and huge stacks of boxes and watch them fly is fun. Along with busting up building all over the place.

I've played all the way through it multiple times. If someone tells you to pass over it and they haven't played or beaten it, take it with a grain of salt.
Damn Tim, you know there are quite a few Americans out there who still lives in tents due to this shitty economy, and you're dropping loads on a single game which only last 20 min. Do you think it's fair? How much did you spend this time?

Ah, that's too bad. I don't have an original Xbox, so I haven't even gotten to play the Otogi games.

Worth a read if you've never played it. It looks repetitive, but silly fun.
