I've searched around the forums here quite a bit and haven't seen any mention of this anywhere. Maybe because people don't care or maybe just because its somewhat obscure, even for us CAVE fans.
Last year, in May of 2010, CAVE released a double-disc remix CD featuring mostly the image songs from their most popular games, like the MMP song in the PV, the IBALOVE Song from Pink Sweets, Daifukkatsu Ondo song, etc. as well as re-arrangements and remixes of popular stage and boss themes from many CAVE games The people doing the remixes range from a few fairly major Japanese artists and arrangers to other video game music composers as well. The tracklist is:
Disc 1
01 Reco de Singing [Let's Go Reco MIX] 3:42
02 Somewhere in this Forest... [Celtic Sheep Mix] 3:53
03 IBALOVE☆SONG [micALOVE mix] 6:29

07 Dodonpachi Dai-ondo [Chinchirorin MIX] 7:33
08 Cherry Blossom Bonds [Bossakura mix] 5:56
09 "CAVE 15th anniversary" limitation MIX 27:50
Disc length 72:26
Disc 2
01 A Zillion Awakenings Anniversary [Conqueror of the Three Worlds Remix] 6:31
02 Boss's Numbers Blues [Number LOVE ROCK'N ROLL MIX] 5:09

05 Awa-Odori with Tako and Kingyo [TBee Groupie REMIX] 5:42
06 * Death X' mailes * [XtalXmas MIX] 5:22
07 Chrithmas Angel [Sangerknaben Mix] 4:13
08 CAVE MEGAMIX 24:02
09 Oh My Castle Building Life 5:16
Disc length 69:12
Obviously this is a translated list, but we should all know what most of these are if you follow CAVE soundtracks very much. The reason I post is like I said, I hadn't seen anyone talking about this, but I just acquired a copy of this and its pretty interesting, and I'm wondering if people here would be interested to hear some of this. Discuss and comment if you like and I could try to upload the album somewhere if people are interested. Also of note is a list of who did each remix on these CDs and the game the song is from. You may recognize some of them if you're into VG music:

Re: CAVE no Uta Black Label
Reco de singing is just weird. It starts off sounding heavy and then whips over to jpop. Most of the remixes are ok, but the 15th anniversary mix is really nice.

Re: CAVE no Uta Black Label
There is also Cave no Uta Compilation Image Song Album, which was released one year earlier. It mostly consists of image songs as well, but there are a couple of arranges, and a long 17 minute track. It has been a while since I've listened to either of these, since the vocals can get a bit exhausting. I usually just prefer the regular OSTs and ASTs.
