No it's not sealed but in a reclosable protective sleeve. All games on the pictures are in such sleeves but it's hard to see.
Nevertheless the game is in top condition and yes it was not cheap

I have an RGBS and an RGBI 25 pin cables for my Sony PVM 2530, and I wanted to be able to switch between them more easily. So I got this:




Unfortunately, the A/B inputs and the output were female and not male. Luckily I had a few of these M-M couplers:




Much better. A M-F 25 pin extension cable is used to connect the output to the monitor's input jack.



RGBS in input A, RGBI in input B.




Here we have KOF Skystage 360 via RGB SCART on RGBS/A, and a Tandy 1000 via CGA on RGBI/B. The blue porcelain cat supervised this operation.

I also got an Extron Super Emotia GX, courtesy of philexile.
