I assume you're talking about this site, but I can't find the image anywhere:

Maybe...it had the Gradius V logo on the front, and screenshots and a release date below that.Icarus wrote:You mean the one that they gave to the top eight participants in the high score competitions?
And Cave...please put up a few friggin' videos of Ibara already!

Is it just me or does the Ibara poster look quite similar to Boris Vallejo's work.

Tomoyuki Kotani has a habit of taking established artist's styles and converting them into awesome looking artwork. If you haven't already seen it, check out his homepage. You might see a few more familiar styles on there.Ord wrote:Is it just me or does the Ibara poster look quite similar to Boris Vallejo's work.
Jun's stuff is really nice, but his characters look like kids, very young and round-faced. Kotani's characters are more dynamic, at least in my opinion.

There is a website with a huge avi of someone credit feeding through the entire game. I have it..and the game looks fab. One thing I am glad they brought to this game is how before a boss fight, it shows the boss and gives their name and I think the ship name ala progear. I think that is awesome.dave4shmups wrote:And Cave...please put up a few friggin' videos of Ibara already!Seriously, there's only like 1 or 2 on the internet-NONE of which I might add are on the official Ibara website.
Thanks for the pics Ord!

Just watched all the stage replays; man I sure hope Ibara get's a home port!!
"Blast off and strike the evil Lingerie Empire!!"
Is there any way to tilt these videos? I didn't mind watching them horizontally, but I'd like to find some way, if possible, of filpping them vertical on Windows Media Player.

Thanks Icarus, I'll definately have to give that program a whirl!Icarus wrote:That's because they're encoded in WMV (Windows Media) which Phaeron of VDub had to remove support of because of some random copyright stuff. If you use a video conversion tool like ConvertMovie, then you can realign the orientation.
