Dirt cheap steam Xmas sale

Just a heads up chaps, Steam is doing another xmas period sale. With 50-80% off a different batch of games every 24hrs (aswell other deals including indie packs for £3.99 inc a shmup pack) . atm theres darksiders and death spank for £5 each aswell as others. (just missed meatboy for £3.50 yesterday grr)

At least one of the games (BF2BC which I am pissed about for other reasons which I won't mention here) got an apparently permanent $5 reduction, from $19.99 to $14.99, after being in the sale. So even if you miss the sale (and I was thinking about looking at Meat Boy again...) you might still get a better deal from here on out!

Yeah....I'll probably pick up a few things. Oddly enough most of the stuff I want is old stuff in the publisher discounts, not the mega sale items.

BFBC2 was ~$7 on the first day of the sale, wasn't it? Super Meat Boy was $3.49 on Day 1 as well (bargain of the year if you got it at that price).

Meatboy is still only going for £6, but serious sam HD: gold ed is a steal at £7.49 and that Amnesia is at 50% aswell.

I can see my pile of unplayed games getting even bigger as I continue to buy mainsteam commercial games while i spend 80% - 90% of my time playing Mame and indie games
