Finally, the best shmup of all time has been created.

This game seems way better than Braid. At least this game has the courtesy to delete itself.

I thought the whole "game concept as intellectual art" was pretty apparent from the website. That's what I was on about earlier in the thread.

Protip: Delete System32 if you see it, it'll make you deal more damage.

I hope the guy who made it has the highest score!
MAYBE HE CAN COUNTERSTOP IT.
EDIT: Maybe I should just format a hard drive and fill it up with copies of the game for the game to delete. That sounds fun.

Didn't Gundam already do this, about twenty-thirty years ago?Warp_Rattler wrote:I can think of so many ways you could address the necessity of automatically killing aliens in an stg that don't involve making a pretentious dick out of yourself. Most of them would involve just a good bit of story instead of heavy handed pranks.
Easy way to counterstop, just run a bare-bones installation of Windows 98SE off a small flash drive or old IDE drive, with nothing else on it and pre-pruned (i.e. unnecessary Windowz components uninstalled).Lance Boyle wrote:I hope the guy who made it has the highest score!

you might want to play this in a virtual machine. make a backup before you start, delete, copy, play again.
I do this to reuse trial-ware that is very good a seeing that you had used it before (like AnyDVD, they plant some file somewhere). I just delete the whole VM when I'm done, and reinstall into a virgin VM whenever I need it again.

Couldn't two people just actually beat the shit out of each other?Udderdude wrote:The next step is to make a Street Fighter clone where each blow inflicted by your opponent shocks you in the place your character got hit >_>
