What is the original arcade screen resolution (and ratio) for original arcade games? (I know they vary but let's pick something like Espgaluda II).

The reason I am asking is I was thinking of picking up a monitor for my XBOX 360 but can't decide what ratio monitor is best for tate.

4:3.

Anything 4:3 will do you just fine.

The 360 version of EspGaluda II has original and high-res graphics which are 320 x 240 and 640 x 480 respectively.
