Sorry for repeatedly dragging the thread back to Amigaland, but have you all heard the full single version of Megablast? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EgjNb-6EOYw (hey, it applies to Genesis too.. sort of :))

Youtube also has a rare BBC version. I linked a version of Megablast being played off somebody's LP a few years ago, to this forum - I liked that version better without the rather boring intro of this one (including the "to all you DJs" bit).

Also would have loved to hear an Amiga version of this M.A.R.S. - Pump Up The Volume
Edit: LOL:

<Arasoi> is that voice sampled from the fonz hanna barbara cartoon?
<EdOscuro> haha probably just the deejay dickin' around
<Arasoi> seriously. listen

<EdOscuro> or did you mean the "pump up the volume" part
Back to Assault on Precinct 13, the Assassin mix seems pretty close to shooter-worthy.

Funny you say that.. there was a Pump up the Volume-like jam made in Sonix that I used to always listen to called Mix (at least including the "pump up the volume / dance dance" part) . It was on an Amiga Exchange (ami-X) disk mag along with Orbit 3d and another Sonix tune called Rainbow, so.. if anyone else knows this one ... :) I spent forever tracking down Ami-X in general thinking it was a British disk mag, and nobody had heard of it. But, it turned out to be East Coast US, which I guess explains its rarity since nobody here cared about the Amiga.

EDIT: I guess that mag was commonly abbreviated A.X. too
