MSX emulators with autofire?
I've tried two MSX emulators, blueMSX and openMSX, and out of both of them only the latter has it, and you need to have it in Turbo-R mode which I don't know how to activate. Are there any other ones with an autofire option?

Re: MSX emulators with autofire?
BlueMSX does have autofire. With the emulator windowed, click the "control" button in the lower right corner, then adjust the "rensha" slider to determine the rate. It isn't implemented very well, though. Only button B will autofire, and it will do so constantly when you're not pressing anything.
It might be better to use software that allows you to configure controller buttons, like Xpadder, Pinnacle Game Profiler, or (if you use a 360 pad) XBCD. The first two won't let you directly reassign buttons, last I checked, but you can assign a keyboard key to a button in blueMSX/openMSX, then assign that key to a button in Xpadder/Pinnacle, then set that button to autofire at the rate of your choosing.
