Re: Songs that get you MAD HYPE
I haven't clicked every link in here so I'm not sure if it's been posted or not, but I've found that the opening music to the first Trauma Center gets me hyped up in suitably cheesy fashion (before the game itself makes me feel inadequate, of course). The remake and sequel ain't too bad either.

BulletMagnet - I checked your first Trauma Center and I'm not sure if it makes me MAD HYPE, but I do like the comments underneath

Educated rebel with the heavy metal flavour... Perhaps MAD HYPE would be a stretch, but... Zombies and walking deads stalk the Talking Heads...

Yeah, people really love to gripe about the first game's artwork for some reason. I can see why they might prefer the later editions, but I think a lot of the hair-pulling and teeth-gnashing is done just for the heck of it.DEL wrote:BulletMagnet - I checked your first Trauma Center and I'm not sure if it makes me MAD HYPE, but I do like the comments underneath

Hell yeah, d00d! That's the first thing I noticed in this version. "This Station" has a second take on Initiation on it, but it's nowhere near as energetic and awesome.
The drumming reminds me of Velvet Underground. I love it.

See, this is why I'm not clicking many of these links.Mero wrote:DJ Pleasure - Stingray
How the hell does this get you "mad hype?"
Mad deaf is more like it. There's a nice Bomb the Bass reference (maybe) somewhere around 0:45 in but then it went from bad (metal cans flying around) to worse (disk jockey's scratching an elephant fart - bass for the sake of it).

I don't click many of the links either, but then I'm not into death metal or whatever It's called
It's all a matter of taste I suppose
EDIT: Don't get me wrong, I'm not a massive fan of jump up (I find it to be very hit and miss) but I liked this one
