That was great!

I love Transformers and I spent a significant amount of cash importing the Takara reissue Soundwave earlier this year. I've spent stupid amounts of money on those Binaltech/Alternator toys too.

Checked it out on ebay dinobots are quite rare these days may consider selling them though, pity not any boxes. Had planned to sell my entire collection oneday to raise funds, not many gen1s though mainly gen2

Anyone bought the series 2 dvd set? theres 2 boxsets for series 2.

How many transformers series were there? watched one a while back that started off the head-master thing

I never had enough money to buy one of the first-gen ones. Man, I wanted BlueStreak (BlueStrike?) bad.

Yeah the gen 1s were pretty dam cool I was very very young when they came out so i missed the true transformer era, I still think cartoons like transformers and jaycen and the wheeled arriors beats the crap out the stuff today.

What other cartoons did you guys watch back when you were kids?

Sadly, you watch the Transfomers cartoon today and realise that it's mostly mindless garbage designed just to sell toys - with the exception of the movie and the episode where Soundwave and Starscream are running their own nightclub. That was genius.
