More like impossible to read, the translation is pretty shoddy.

I am confused. The video MON's uploaded into Youtube said the game hadn't been cleared by anyone up until 18 September 2010. Yet http://cowboy.ikaruga.co.uk/bbs/viewtopic.php?t=147 listed Dodonpachi Dai Oujou Death Label 2-ALL WR clear under LYH and was last edited at 10 September 2010. The only difference I get is LYH used B type while MON used A type ship.

And after a quick (1 mins) of googling, I found LYH mentioned in a Chinese forum. I can't read chinese, so I just assume he is acknowledged in this genre. Is this means MON's claims about the first player cleared DOJ Death Label isn't true?

It has been discussed before in the previous thread about MON here. Basically there is some skepticism about LYH given the lack of videos and his score would require a virtually perfect run at best (it may not even be physically possible to achieve such a score with Leinyan).

Nope, we have absolutely no idea who is this LYH dude. His score is first found on Cave's official high-score board. I don't think he is trustworthy, though; He don't have any proof for this score. Also, one can still get a password for a TAS run (...or so I heard), which means he might just be some random shmupper from some random place. Long term short: I don't think we should take him seriously.

How is this guy holding the stick? No wonder it took 7 years to clear the game ;)

AFAIK the 'wine glass' is the most commonly used grip in Japan.

I remember in that TAC DS vid that surfaced recently, TAC used the same grip.

Makes me want to try it but it feels rather uncomfortable.
