New Naomi shooter?

I got an email from Joey at Excellent Com today and in it he advertises:

New Vertial Shooting Game
Radilgy
Namoi GD Soft
$1,428

Has anybody ever heard of this game? I had no idea anybody was working on a new Naomi based shooter.

It's been mentioned before. I think it's that shmup with the cell phone style graphics.
