From what I hear, the Dingoo is not as good, and the Pandora is too damn expensive. I'd rather not pay far out the ass for it. And the Caanoo seems interesting, but since it's too new to have much software and I already have a Wiz, I'll pass.

And, guys, there are more than shmups. DOOM.

Cool, I can't read any of them.

I ought to get one of these devices so I can read invisible sigs on a hacked-in web browser in a tiny little box, because I sure as hell ain't going to try to play any more arcade shooters on handheld joynubs or d-pads.

Oh you little....

One guy here (Charlie?) had the Caanoo and he didn't like the joystick and was having problems downloading software for it.

You might be interested in looking into this thing since they look very much alike.

Seems like everyone is jumping on the portable market (bandwagon) again. Suddenly it's 1990 again, and I'm 5.

How the fuck are u ment to play a mmo on a screen that size? still it wont stop many mmorpg junkies from buying it as anything that lets them get their fix away from their desktop is a sure thing.

1990...that would make me 2  . I was actually just about to post that panasonic device, pretty interesting but I disdain most mmo's. Not to mention mmo's on a handheld just sounds weird to me (as opposed to shmups/arcade  ). The big thing about the pandora for me is that it's pretty much on par with a small linux notebook and I like the idea of having a slightly oversized ds to browse the internet on, program on, and just fool around with like I would on my shitty laptop. Still can't afford it but I'll probably buy one after the first batch is finished and they start on the second.
