I've been reading the manga, Otaku no Musume-san (Otaku's Daughter) scanlation. This came up and I found it amusing. There's been some other spoofs in the manga, like Metal Gear Solid.
It's a cute story about an otaku who finds out that he's the father of a 10 year old girl.
