Click-Stick.com seems to have obnoxious forum users

Seriously, what happened over there? Ever since this forum's revival, everything's been running smooth over on this side of the shmupping world.

It's like someone posts a bit of information over there, and then if the title is not on PS2/high quality production, war erupts in the thread.

Yeah, there's been some of the worst console-war crap imaginable erupting in a few of the threads, and it's always from the same bad apples. Most posters there (including me) prefer to ignore it, but it persists. Not to say that console wars are the only subject of pointless debate, here or there, but that covers the worst of it.

well, there are some (I won't call names) who are also here. The thing is some people are just being extremists and are too sure that they know more than others.

I've got 13 years of gaming experience and some coding experience, so I think I know my way around games and game dev relatively well, but I acknowledge that people have different tastes (unless it is TOO much different from mine

, then I'll have to speak up a bit to pursuade them to reconsider the game)

I just acknowledge the existence extremists as a fact of life now.

Still, I've seen worse, much worse. alt.flame just for starters. Even rec.games.pinball gets nastier than this.
