Arcana Heart's probably going to win. Aksys is pretty close with ArcSys to begin with so they may get first dibs on their stuff.

I would be more worried if it was official. Basing decisions off of internet polls with 200 voters is not a solid business model.

If you set aside mostly irrelevant elements like character design and music KoF is the only one of those that is actually better. Localizing is pretty pointless though, the PS3 version will be ridiculously easy to import so anyone who actually cares can just go for that.

And yet companies ported SF4, Blazblue CT and CS, KOF 12 (to good success minus KOF). I don't really see where you are attempting to go with that sort of logic. Just because its easily importable for one system doesn't mean it doesn't deserve a localized version. Some of us play fighting games on our xbox360s here in the US, besides the local region copies are roughly half of what you would pay to import it anyway. What do you mean also by, "KoF is the only one of those that is actually better"? KOF13 unless they finally announced an arcade patch is a broken mess of sloppy coding.

Although the pole doesn't mean much, if anything, +1 vote for Arcana Heart 3.
