Alisia Dragoon has loads of great stuff.

Re: Favorite VGM
I've just been ripping a bunch of Sega CD and Saturn game music and stumbled across what may very well be the most randomly incredible OST...
Batman Returns on Sega CD!!! Anyone hear this before? Every single song is a winner, very well could take the crown away from Shadow of the Beast TG-16 for my all time favorite game soundtrack. Sounds crazy I know, Batman Returns WTF?! Trust me, you won't be sorry.
Honorable mentions go to Golden Axe, Altered Beast, Panzer Dragoon, Otogi, Crono Cross, Thunderforce 4+5, Sonic CD

I just discovered the Follin brothers a week ago. Tim & Geoff Follin bring the pain to every console they compose for:
ZX Spectrum: Chronos
Atari: LED Storm
C64: Ghouls 'n' Ghosts, Scumball
NES: Silver Surfer, Solstice
SNES: Super Off-Road, Plok, another one from Plok, Spider Man & X-Men: Arcade's Revenge
MegaDrive/Genesis: Time Trax <--This is a must-listen
Dreamcast: Ecco the Dolphin
PS2: Starsky & Hutch
Unfortunately, they have left the business.
