MAME tells me I've played Xexex for a total of just a little under two and a half hours. I could have watched a movie instead of playing this crap! STGT, enemy of free will! I want these two hours back, sons of an attachable tentacle pod!

Fun little game. A strange mix of Gradius, R-Type and X-Multiply, and I enjoyed getting to finally have a reason to sit down and play it. Guess we'll see how well my score holds up...

How you can discipline yourself to play any shmup to that level regardless of how good or shit it may be is admirable .

Fuck 1-5. There are so many potential ways for it to randomly fuck you over it's really not worth the trouble. Doesn't explain why the boss is again so pathetically easy, either.

Done with Xexex.

Sorry team, I've been sick all week and haven't played since Tuesday. I tried one credit today and got this score. Don't have much energy, so this is probably it. Hope I'll be feeling better next week.

The crap score does not reflect the amount of effort I put in! I just cannot beat level 3 to any real degree, something always gets me. I'll be trying through tonight but I suspect this will be my best score for the week. Please please be something I can play next week!

Unfortunate end to the walkers, but I'm happy enough to have looped this once. With an even worse score...sorry for not playing the game the first few days. When I got into it I thought it wasn't so bad, and the mechanics are really exciting. Then I saw the later stages and changed my mind, but I still like the concept. Cute little portable shield that knocks down enemies for you. Also, nice stage three music and whatever plays halfway into stage seven.

Break week is too early. Now I have all that time to think about the shortcomings of this one.
