Someone tell me about PSP emulation...

They have MAME for it, right? Will i be able to play just about all the same games on the PSP as i can on PC? Like, could i just play Legendary Wings or Outzone any time i wanted? How easy is it? What all would i have to download and how would i go about starting the emu up? How big of a memory stick do i need and how much does that cost?

Arcade emulation is a ways off, but NES and PC-Engine stuff is running nicely on the system.
