well, it turned up

a bit tied up now after spending a very frustrating morning getting the damned software/process for registering/coupon entry all sorted.

Right now, there are just too many issues with getting the thing up and running , havent even started to try the games yet. It's just been one hurdle after the next.

:/

lol, got through all the issues and finally got the games onto my machine....

... and not a single one works!

DRM server is up in Korea only - so anyone outside that region got owned.

what a complete and utter disaster!

okay tried Mame. But it's a quick compile for Caanoo - cant change the clock so it still struggles with games.

Tried Dodonpachi - poor as expected. Space Harrier, obviously, a lot worse.
Older stuff is fine though.

The control stick? No sir, don't care too much for it but at the moment i'm hot particularly in a GPH loving mood. Finger seems to slip off and seems to be a bit of a dead zone.

All this is point to a massive fat sack of failure right now. Next few days will be interesting.

Yeah, FunGP has been having issues for awhile now, they've said that they'll fix it within a week, but I guess we'll see.

In terms of emulators and stuff, that's par for the course for a Gamepark console. The WIZ had a slow start as well, but after a few months there were plenty of emulators. You'd want to wait for a port of Final Burn Alpha to play the Cave shooters, MAME has never been as good at running them.

yup, FBA PSP was great for some on the go Cave-ing , the putton possition for vert still seems good though the weird analogue stick is still unconvincing.

Any joy with this yet, or is it still impossible to get anything from the official site unless you live in Korea?

They fixed FunGP and updated the PC Manager, so there shouldn't be too many problems downloading games. I grabbed Rotate Gear and it works well enough.
