I missed this post man, i should really check back more often then I do. But regardless, I have been helping out one of my friends who has terrible OCD over the last couple of days.

I go in tomorrow and I get out Sunday night again.. gay. But I have some time next week, ill give you a ring man as I do have at least a few days off. And if you are out with the missus, well then, thats cool too.

(I upgraded to a geforce 460 and bought a razor naga mouse. I flipping love it and have been kicking ass at starcraft 2 for a while now. Completely addicted!)

The card that I had was the 280 and I must say, that card generated sooo much more heat. This one only needs a 450 watt power supply and generates very little, also very quiet. And I can run starcraft 2 at the native resolution of 1920x1080 on full settings. Pretty cool. Kinda studders when loading though (which I think is because it only has 728 ddr5 ramm), but then again, that is a pretty high resolution. Thinking of throwing down and getting another one as my PS will support it.

If you are thinking of getting one, only 250 bucks new. (after shipping from newegg) And if you sli them, you can get better performance then a 480 at about the same cost.

ya...but i dont really play pc games....like ever....i havent played left4dead 1 or 2 in months....only reason i stil have the 250 hooked up is for HD video decoding....

dont play games much any more period....i turn on the cabs maybe once a week aside from meets....i play a bit more in the winter because im home...

ive been focusing most of my time on my music...and staying off the interweb and not wasting all my time on forums....im trying to be more productive and make more intelligent use of my free time

my man jakprogresso dropped a line on a recent album about 'screen watchers'....changed my life...for realz....it was like a slap in the face from the other side of the mirror....

Im kinda on the opposite side of the fence, I read a lot, workout quite a bit, sprint a few times a week, update my website, write, start my paramedic course in two weeks and in general try to stay to productive making money etc. Granted I dont really have a 9 to 5 and I have to do something with my time but in a way, Starcraft 2 is kinda a break and the only game that I have ever really liked in years. So naturally I am putting bucket loads of time into it. And its fun. I dont really spend much time online anymore ether. Plus, im a tad compulsive about some things which makes the productivity side a little easier as long as I like doing something.

What was the line? Was it motivational with philosophical references?
